At least now the taxi driver has an excuse to drive like a maniac...
I've been to Bangkok, and the parts that I've been to sure don't look like that - and I was right downtown. Facinating city though.
Would never get that plated here. Just about the only criteria it would fulfil are age and engine capacity!
